Our art-event hosting business specializes in creating immersive group painting activities designed to foster creativity, collaboration, and connection within teams across Charlotte, NC. By guiding participants through the collaborative process of designing and painting together, we provide a unique opportunity for team building that goes beyond traditional exercises. Art has a powerful way of breaking down barriers, allowing team members to communicate visually and express ideas in a shared space. The act of creating something collectively helps build trust, encourages open dialogue, and strengthens rapport, as participants work side by side, blending their individual perspectives into a cohesive masterpiece. Through this shared creative experience, teams not only enhance their problem-solving skills but also create lasting memories, reinforcing a sense of community and camaraderie within the workplace.

**(Important Note: Currently we are only offering team building activities on stretched canvas (not mural activities directly on walls or building structures). Sizing of your stretched canvas is contingent on conversations with your team)

How It works

Step 1: Reach Out & Contact Us Ready to get started? It all begins with a simple conversation! Email us at evelynspaintbrush@gmail.com.

Step 2: Brainstorming Session with Your Team (One Hour) Once we know what you're aiming for, we host a collaborative brainstorming session with your team. This is the fun part where ideas flow! We’ll guide your team through an interactive discussion, helping to generate themes, key messages, and visual elements for the mural. It’s a chance for everyone to contribute, share thoughts, and get excited about the creative process. This will take place at least 10 days before the painting event.

Step 3: Custom Design Creation After the brainstorm, we take all of the team’s ideas and craft a custom design for your stretched canvas tailored to your objectives and the story you want to tell. Whether it’s something that reflects your company culture, a specific project, or an inspiring team vision, we ensure the design is meaningful, impactful, and perfect for your space. This part will take 10 days at minimum.

Step 4: The Group Painting Session on Stretched Canvas (3 Hours) Now the fun really begins! We facilitate the group large-scale canvas painting session, where your team comes together to bring the design to life. Under our facilitation (and while playing some tunes!) everyone will have the chance to contribute and leave their mark on the mural. It’s an interactive, hands-on experience that promotes teamwork, creativity, and a sense of shared accomplishment. Plus, it’s so much fun! We provide the materials, you provide the people, space, and fun!
